Lead Teacher
Our lead teacher is an integral part of our center as they help to plan out activities, trips and overall operations. The lead teacher would be responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for all children, regardless of their backgrounds or abilities. The lead teacher should be patient, kind, and compassionate, and always willing to go above and beyond to support the children in your care.
Overall, being a lead teacher at the ELCLÂ daycare is a rewarding and fulfilling career that allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of young children and their families.

Assistant Teacher
Our assistant teachers are the front-line supporters of all programs and are essentially the backbone of the entire center. One of the most important things the Assistant Teacher does is to build strong relationships with the children at ELCL. This means taking the time to get to know each child as an individual, understanding their unique needs and interests, and responding to them with patience, kindness, and empathy.
Another key aspect of the Assistant Teacher's role is to assist with lesson planning and curriculum development. This may involve helping to create engaging learning activities that are developmentally appropriate for the children in your class, as well as providing feedback and suggestions to the lead teacher based on your observations of the children's progress.

Assistant Group Supervisor
As an Assistant Group Supervisor at the ELCL daycare center, you play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of the children under your care. Your responsibilities include supervising children, preparing educational activities, and communicating with parents and other staff members. Another important aspect of the Assistant Group Supervisor's role is preparing activities that are both fun and educational. This may include reading stories, playing games, or leading arts and crafts projects. The Assistant Group Supervisor must be creative and adaptable, tailoring your activities to the needs and interests of the children in your group.
